This time I used Rich Razzleberry and Playful Petals Designer Paper with a smidge of Sweet Sugarplum; one of the latest In Colours

I used the Layering Love Stamp Set for the sentiment and die cut some hearts with the New Sweet and Sassy Heart Framelits
I added some extra die cut hearts to the inner panels
