Stampin' Up! Convention 2009 tip from Shelli

I used the flower stamp from the Fresh cuts stamp set and the scallop is circle punch - outs made into a template then cut around it onto lovely designer paper.  Shelli showed us how to do this at Convention last year.

I used Night of Navy for my card base and grosgrain ribbon, the scallop dsp is from Bella Bleu.
