Hodgepodge Pocket Silhouette

WOW fab weather again! has summer finally arrived?  I do hope so I love this weather except for one thing - it stops me crafting because it's so nice outside I often think of crafting outside but I would be in and out and up and down because I know I would never have what I wanted.......

I decided to use some of the lovely Stampin' Up! hodgepodge hardware; I have owned this and looked at it for absolutely ages..... well actually I have only used one piece! and that is on this card!  I stamped one of the flowers from Pocket Silhouette stamp set in basic black ink on whisper white card and placed it behind the oval hodgepodge piece, then attached it to the main card which is Almost Amethiyst with 2 silver brads over a bit of torn bashful blue on top of some lovely Elegant Eggplant wrapped with a bit of string; only it's not called that it's Linen Thread but it's string to me....  The thinking of you sentiment is from Sincere Salutations.
