One I made earlier

Not Tango today.... but some really bright colours coming soon... Don't forget 6th June is the 11 new products blog hop starting at 10am.  There will be some fantastic cards and projects using rich razzleberry, melon mango, soft suede and cottage wall dsp plus the lovely polka dot ribbons and the window sheets..... from lots of talented ladies so make a note and pop back on Sunday....

I was in hospital yesterday for a operation on my shoulder as a day patient, so nothing major! but it has been a problem for months and I mean months... after injections and physio therapy nothing would shift it.. so about 6 weeks ago I went for this operation I had today!!! but..... my blood pressure was sky high so it got postponed until that was sorted, so now it's done HOORAY.  Now it's up to me to exercise it so it doesn't re-occur.

So the card today is one I made a few days ago and it's the first time I have used the very large background stamp En Francais and I really love it... I will be making more with this for certain.  The leaf is from Best Wishes and More stamp set, I went on a fabulous weekend with "Stamp with Us" earlier this year and what a fantastic time we all had entertained by the lovely Monica, Natalie and Mrs Wonka.  I was called last minute Peg because I booked on Friday and went the next day on Saturday (luckily for me someone had dropped out).  This stamp set was a free one for use at the weekend and strangely; although I have lots of Stampin' Up sets this was one I hadn't got, so was sooooooo pleased with it.  There is another weekend in September this year so if you really want a fab weekend of crafting and so many laughs then this is a weekend not to miss....

......Anyway the I dyed the ribbon with re-inkers it's bravo burgundy another colour I didn't like at all but now.... well it's growing on me but will be retired in September so if you want it you need to get it before then and the card is Always artichoke.  Any questions email me or leave a comment....off to do some shoulder exercises now..... boring but necessary...

.......Until tomorrow........ be crafty.........

  2. Glad your op went ok Peg! The Stamp with us retreat sounds like fun, wish I could go but with four little ones highly unlikely! I am just grateful I have managed to find someone to look after them so I can go to convention! Beautiful card btw, love the background stamp! x
