Perfect Punches Bagalope

Some of the ladies that I met a while ago wanted to make gift bags for all occasions so this is a sample I put together for them to make.

I used the So Swirly wheel and Perfect Punches stamp set.

Basic Black card stock
Whisper White card stock
1/16" Hand Held Punch
Eyelet Border Punch
Photo Corner Punch (new in this years IB and catalogue)
1/8" black taffeta ribbon
White signo gel pen
Stampin Write black journaling pen (for dashes on the reverse of the bag where the corners were the opposite colours)

One of the ladies makes fudge and these would be ideal to hold little cello packets of the home made yummy fudge.
