Garden Whimsy One Sheet Wonder - Thursday

I can't believe it's Thusrday already and day 4 of my one sheet wonder cards.  Stornoway has been a busy few days so far and I haven't got to see very much of it.  I did have the nicest of meals last night at a restaurant called the Digby Chick, I would recommend it if you ever visit the Island.

Today is the last day of training and there is something I have to get to take back with me on Friday and that is Black Pudding, Stornoway is famous for it and it's supposed to be the best.  One of the ladies I was training yesterday gave me a recipe to use it with........ Chicken Breast stuffed with black pudding wrapped in Parma Ham ............ I will be making this for dinner on Saturday and will let you know how it goes.  I don't know why but I only ever thought of it for breakfast but in the last couple of months I have had it a couple of times at restaurants for dinner.  So hopefully I will get out for a walk at lunchtime to get some......

Onto the card and I have to say I think this one is my favourite

Only a teeny bit of the paper used on the right and then the butterfly stamped onto whisper white and used the paper piercing mat pack to pierce around the edge, layered onto a punched piece of Poppy Parade, I used the corner punch and border punch.  Then the Happy Birthday stamp from the Sale a Bration Punch Bunch (such a great, useful set and only available FREE until end of February 2011)

Don't forget you can place your order with me for any Stampin' Up! supplies

.................Until tomorrow...........be crafty............

  1. I agree its the one I like best too. Could be spending some money to get the free stamp set.

  2. This meal is new to me. I think you need to post a picture of it.

Beautiful card. I like the sparkled trail
