Framed Just Believe Top Note

Hello....... it's the Top Note again but this time I have used the waste piece! cool eh?
I stamped the En Francais onto Window Sheet (acetate) in white stazon and this made the frame.

The inside is stamped with Just Believe.

All supplies are Stampin' Up!
Crumb cake card and designer paper
Window sheet
Early Espresso and White Staz On ink
Baha and Marina Mist Stampin' Markers
Seam binding crumb cake ribbon
Button (hiding) is from the BIG designer buttons pack available in the mini catalogue.
Linen thread

off to work now, I have my expenses to do...... I really hate doing them!
