Eastern Elegance envelope


I am really trying to use my Stampin' Up! designer papers instead of just stroking them!  I am so guilty of buying these lovely papers and only looking at them but with the buy 3 get a 4th for free it couldn't be a better time to stock up!!! 
BUT use them Peg!!!

During the Stampin' Up! convention in the US recently, Pam Morgan demonstrated making this envelope with the feathered look for tags and I just knew I would have to make at least one

I used Eastern Elegance designer paper, the envelope could easily hold a note card or gift card, the finished envelope measures 3.3/4" by 5.1/4" and I started out with a piece of paper that measured 7.1/2 square, so it's not using up loads of paper
