Exploding Envelope Festive Flurry and Winter Frost with Envelope Punch Board

I know it's only September and I'm already starting on Christmas! sorry if it's just too early for you but ..... I love Christmas and there are some fabulous goodies in the new Stampin' Up! Seasonal Autumn/Winter catalogue and I just had to get going using them.

Today's project to share is an Exploding Envelope using Stampin' Up! Winter Frost designer paper (told you I was going to use them) There are 4 envelopes in the explosion and the top one is sealed with a velcro dot.  I have made exploding box's before and thought why not make it with envelopes instead?.....

I added a 3d snowflake using the Festive Flurry stamps and framlits (buy the bundle and get 15% off)

A big jewel is the centre piece

in the next photo you can see the 4 layers, I used my punch board to make the envelopes

and the inside piece I stamped more of the Festive Flurry snowflakes, the sentiment is from Christmas Greetings
