Stampin' Up! Framed Tulip Embossing Folder Weekly Deals

Weekly Deals Starting today from Stampin' Up! and each Wednesday during April.  

and today I have a card using the Tulip Framed Embossing Folder and it's on the Weekly Deal List




I made this card using a Brayer to colour the frame and the Beautiful Baroque Stamp for the inner panel


I stamped on the card with Sahara Sand and then added layers and popped them on with Stampin' Dimensionals
