Packing Tape Technique - Groovy Love Stampin' Up!


Today I am sharing a Groovy Love card, I know, I know I know ....... it's not Valentines day and we haven't even had Christmas but I just had to stamp with this set from Stampin' Up!

I also used the Packing Tape Technique


I think you can just about see how sparkly this technique gives the card
