Another Stampin' Up! Shelli CASe

Today I have a technique that Shelli - Co  Founder of Stampin' Up! shared at Leadership 

It's the feathers on this card that she shared using Washi Tape

I used Lost Lagoon for my base card and stamped some of the images from Butterfly Basics and splattered some ink on the background

The sentiment is from Something to Say Stamp Set gold embossed and die cut with a banner die from the Gift Card Thinlits set
