Tent Card Notes Holder using Stampin' Up! products

Hello again

I made this tent card some time ago and added some stamped notes

You could leave the paper inside plain and it sit it on you desk to quickly make a note

The Little Letters are retired but I couldn't order the letter stamps I wanted until the beginning of July so I improvised, I now have my Brushed Alphabet Stamp Set to make another set, I'll post that soon with some instructions on how to make it

The 'Just a Note' sentiment is from Flowering Phrases Stamp Set
and my Jar with little fish is from the Jar of Love Stamp Set

Although I'm back with the internet working I didn't manage to get any photographs of cards and projects taken and I have my monthly Sunday class yesterday

Today I am sharing one of the cards we did a monthly Friday class

the class was all about sponging and different techniques

For this card I used Bermuda Bay but I also had one just the same with Melon Mambo and Crumb Cake

I used the Flowering Flourishes stamp set for this technique

Stampin' Up! and Alcohol ink

I was having a play with some Alcohol (not the drinking kind) and reinkers and one of my favourite stamp sets of the moment! it does change often though.... Flowering Flourishes.

this is the card that happened and I didn't want to cover too much up so added some ribbon and a sentiment punched with the large oval punch and layered on the decorative label punch

The sentiment is from Friendly Phrases

Hope you enjoy looking today and thanks for stopping for a look..

Flowering Flourishes meets Delicate Doilies

Warning! the photo isn't too brilliant but the light today is yuk and the weather the same!

I know I said I might be away for a bit but you try telling my brain to stop crafting! at about 3am this morning I had so many ideas for cards!!!

anyway I have seen lots of crumb cake cards around recently and so I decided it was my turn to use this lovely colour and teamed it up with whisper white craft ink and real red card, I think the real red makes it pop

I used my Stampin' Up! markers to colour in the stamp from Flowering Flourishes and the hello stamp from Tiny Tags

Here is a closer look at my tag, I used a circle punch to round the end and added a button from the brights collection

Any questions let me know

Until next time .......... fingers crossed I can make one thing a day and not be in too much pain?

Flowering Flourishes and Floral Fusion

Happy Sunday!

I'm happy today as I got to have a little play with some new goodies the man in the brown van delivered from Stampin' Up! on Friday!!

Flowering Flourishes stamp set is so so so pretty I stamped it here in Basic Gray on a 3.1/2" die cut circle and stamped the sentiment from Made For You stamp set.

the flowers are made from the Floral Fusion Sizzlits and the little flower in the middle is punched using one of the flower punches from the set of 3 Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack

adding some jewel rhinestones and Basic black taffeta ribbon tied in a bow

the leaves are from Build a Blossom stamp set and punched out with the coordinating punch Build a Blossom.  I haven't used the stamp set in simply ages and just remember how much I love it and made so many different cards with this.
Search my blog using the search button to find more projects using the Build a Blossom set.

Have a great Sunday.... Until next time!
