Double Partial Die Cut with Circle Shaped Framelit from Stampin' Up!

Another card made this last weekend with my new Stitched Shapes Framelits

On today's card I used the largest Stitched Circle and the penguin die cut from Snow Friends Framelits to double partial die cut

I then cut out another large stitched circle and used Marina Mist and Night of Navy Ink to sponge around it

and here you can see the stitched edge
