Top Note box and Fun Flowers

Sunday already..... I don't know where time goes these days.... must be my age eh? yesterday was a glorious day and I sat out and got some sun, so no crafting done! I did look through some magazines though and got to think alot about it! Today is going to be another sunny warm day so I won't get any done today either..... I am a sun lover and love nothing better than sitting in my garden on my sun lounger.  I have taken my craft stuff outside but it doesn't work for me, I never have what I need and keep running in and out.

Anyway onto this project today, it's one of the projects I did in the class I did with Lesley, a box to hold a little gift and in this one I put some soap and decorated the top of it. The Fun Flowers die on top in very vanilla run through the crimper and a punched frame from 4 Frames.

this is a side view and I made the box itself to fit the bar of soap and used River Rock card for this and the 2 Top Note dies, the Rose Red designer paper is from the Subtles Paper Stack.

The decorated soap is 2 pieces of Very Vanilla card punched with the eyelet border and scallop border punches and inked with Rose Red and River Rock ink using a sponge dauber.  The New Decorative Label punch and Four Frames for the top with a sentiment from Oval all stamp set punched with the Oval punch.

These punches from Stampin' Up! make projects so easy to do!

Well the sun is out and I am off to get my breakfast and sit outside.
