Wetlands Cards and box to match

Hello, thanks for stopping for a look today, I am sharing a gift box I made to hold cards I made using the Wetlands Stamp Set

I made the cards in classes where we sponged the background and so as I had 3 cards all similar I thought it would be a great idea to package them up in a box I think I need to make one more though to complete the set.

Here are the cards and the open box

I used Soft Sky for the box and the belly band is Crumb Cake
The tag is made using Whisper White Thick Card Stock and the Deco Labels Framelits, then I stamped the Soft Sky using You're So Lovely Stamp Set, die cut using the Circle Framelits and finally stamped the sentiment from the same Stamp Set in Crumb Cake

Thanks again for stopping by

Everything Eleanor - Spring Fun Fold Card

Well Stampin' Up! Sale a Bration is over for another year and I'm packing away my free stamps for another day! I think I will carry on using the Glitter Tape for a while though.

I had a shopping day yesterday in Solihull visiting 2 of my favourite shops John Lewis and Apple, well to be honest a few more as well.........

I realised I hadn't set my blog up for a post today but better late than never......

I am sharing a Fun Fold Card, it lies flat to go in an envelope but springs up when the recipient opens it

I used Tip Top Taupe and Lost Lagoon and don't forget if you love Lost Lagoon you will need to order soon as this colour retires at the end of May, it's hard to believe we have had this colour for almost 2 years

Everything Eleanor is the Stamp Set and the sentiment is from Birthday Blooms

Friendly Wishes Stampin' Up! Shaker Card

Hello, thanks for stopping by for a look

Today I have a Shaker Card to share but first there is a story that goes with this, when I was in Florida recently I purchased the Fuse Tool! and when I got back to our house I realised due to the difference in electricity it wouldn't work when I got it back here at home! so had to take it back to Hobby Lobby.......

So I waited ever so patiently to get one here in the UK and it arrived a couple of days ago

I wanted so desperately to make a shaker card using it

It was so much fun and the shaker is really quite flat with no bulk of dimensionals or foam tape!

The dotty background is a new one from the latest Stampin' Up! catalogue called Dots for Days and the Circle Frames to cut out my window

I used the Friendly Wishes for the sentiment inside

Thanks for taking time to look

Until next time ............

Kraft and Vellum Card - Stampin' Up!

Today's card is a Kraft Christmas Card

The new Kraft Card from Stampin' Up! is really beautiful and although you can't see my sentiment because of the watermark (sorry about that) I used Peace and Joy from the FREE Stamp Set, Good Greetings

The stars are punched out with the Bitty Accents Star Punch and just one on the right hand side is die cut using the little star from the Thinlits Circle Card dies

I used the Circle Framelits and ran a piece of Vellum Cardstock through my Texture Embossing Machine using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder

Thanks for stopping by

Until tomorrow............. I have quite a special card to share! hope you can pop by for a look

Stampin' Up! Afternoon Picnic and Scalloped Circle Punches

The Title says it all really apart from I used the Circle Framelits too

For the flower I punched out a 1.1/4" Scallop Circle and a 7/8" Scallop Circle and the centre is punched using one of the punches from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack

The 2 Step Bird Builder Punch for the leaves

A really quick and simple card

Here is a closer look at the flower

Thanks for looking

Until next time ......... be crafty ......

Stampin' Up! Gatefold Easel Card

I am glad to be back blogging and I have a really neat Gatefold Easel card to share today using some of the lovely Gingham Garden designer paper and the Oh so gorgeous! Best of Butterflies (the flyer for these is on the right) (I must load up the flyer for August! it's Best Of Shelli stamps)

For a change this is the close up first and I stamped the butterfly first on whisper white and then onto Vellum, cut them both out and layered the vellum over the top

Here is my card closed the Hello stamp is from Four You stamp set (becoming one of those go to sets for me)  The die cut fronts are the Label Framelits and Circle Framelits

and here is the card as an Easel, it's made with one piece of A4 card

The colours I used are the same as used on the Gingham Garden designer paper and don't forget you can get 4 packs for the price of 3 this during August, (I must load that flyer too, the absence of the Internet has put me behind)

Until next time ....... have a great day!
