Elegant Bouquet Stampin' Up!

Been doing loads but not doing anything if that makes sense?

I sometimes feel I go around in circles and never actually achieve anything if you know what I mean?

It all started yesterday I had my dentist visit and this is the dentist I have had since we moved to this house from Windlesham in Surrey  ... well not the full 5 years that we have been here as it took 2 years to get on the Dentist list!!! anyway the checkup was an easy one and nothing to do .... yippee! anyway since going there I have had to go every 6 months but now it's moved to every 10 months so have to say I'm happy about that she said it's because my teeth cleaning is so good!!!

If you are still with me here........... well after the dentist it was shopping with dh and can I tell you he is like a whirling derbyshire going around the shops ...... I never got chance to look; it was like the old movies all picture and no sound (thanks Wendy I love that saying). So after that we went out for dinner (made a lovely change)  So I felt like yesterday went with the blink of an eye.....

Anyway I'm off to do a Stampin' Up! party today but thought I would show you a card I made a couple of days ago while playing with one of the new In Color's Pool Party (it still feels weird spelling it this way instead of colour) .  I used the Elegant Bouquet for the background and the Butterflies are from Beautiful Wings Embosslit.  The little flowers are punched using Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack (set of 3)

Oh... the pink is Blushing Bride card stock and the little pearls are from the pack of Pearls in the Jewel section of the Idea Book and Catalogue loads of them.........really nice

Here is a closer look

Off to my party this afternoon I will show you what the ladies made tomorrow and also the Hostess gift.

.............. Until next time .............. be crafty ..........

I'm back and Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder

Well I'm back from holiday and have to say it's flippin' cold here!

I had a great time and would recommend Kefalonia to you all, this was our third time going there over a 15 year period and it's truly a beautiful Greek island, trouble is I have now got the holiday bug and want to book another holiday now......

This is a card I made a while ago using the Stampin' Up! exclusive Elegant Bouquet embossing folder, some baha breeze glass glitter on the flowers and the Four frames (Decorative label) punch and the sentiment from level 3 hostess set.

I hope to get some crafting done once all the washing is sorted out and today I have to clean our Aga as we turned it off while we were away and boy was it cold in our house when we got home but it was the best time for it's annual clean and these jobs have to be done boring as they may be.

so hope to be back with something tomorrow....

.......until next time....... be crafty.....

Not **.a Top Note die.**a butterfly card

Right.... onto Monday then the sun isn't going to be out like yesterday so I can do some crafting today along with the biggest pile of ironing you have EVER seen.... it's a needs must pile of ironing... I thought DH would have tried attempted thought of having a go while I've been working and crafting and sunbathing as he is the retired one! NOPE! nada not a snifta of the iron coming out....just the golf clubs!

I had a weird dream last night that I was roped into running a marathon it was a 2 hour one that changed to 3 days! I didn't have any running shoes on and I was carrying my work case filled with stuff so much stuff, I couldn't find my phone either......I could float and run, then I was bare footed who took my lovely new shoes off me when I was floating? I kept getting stopped by BIG doors that were locked and at one time a lady was holding me back on the most amazing stair case, I could have floated over the top but she was holding me back.... weird thankfully I heard someone driving down our drive (it has shingle on it and the window was open as it was a warm night so I could here the tyres going over it) then I woke up! phew it was an energetic dream..... I wonder what it all means? and who came down the drive? postie probably?

Anyway onto today's little baby.. guess what it's a TOP NOTE Nah nearly got you there ...... it's the most gorgeous embossing folder called Elegant Bouquet.

Embossed on the Stampin' Up! Cardstock Vellum and it doesn't crack when it goes through the Big Shot!

layered onto the crumb cake card and white satin ribbon tied around the top.

Aren't the butterflies just so pretty? they are the new Beautiful Wings embosslits out in the April 1st Mini.

Warm Wishes sentiment from Cheer and Wishes stamp set.

Finally, the Basic Pearls  £4.50 for 150 in 3 sizes.

that's it........sorry about the long post and thanks for reading if you did?

.......Until tomorrow..........be crafty.......

Build a Blossom and Elegant Bouquet

Just for a change today a break from the Top Note Die but...... it will be back soon as I seem to have made a lot of stuff with it!

anyway I have used the Build a Blossom Stamp set that came out in the Stampin' Up! Mini on 1st April and the punch that goes with it.... love it!

The background is the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder and in case you hadn't noticed I love that too and have used that almost as much as the Top Note die....

I decorated the inside and the envelope but can't find the pictures right now and am in a bit of a rush so I will find them and blog them here soon........

Got a class today so off to sort out the last minute bits....
