Timeless Talk Masculine Card

Good Morning I have been having some fun this week, I started to make my swaps for this years Convention in Manchester and hope to get them finished today or tomorrow, I just needed some little bits and had to get them via the Internet, I hope they arrive today or tomorrow! all will be revealed and I will show you the swaps nearer to the time of Stampin' Up! Convention

For today I have a masculine card to share using the Timeless Talk stamp set and Sweater Weather designer series paper

I am really liking the new Circle and Label Thinlits and on my card I used the banner die, it's in the Circle Card Thinlit set, it has the score lines to fold and give a 3d effect

I don't know what the shadow is.... it's not on the card so it must be from the photo!!!

I made a few layers for the Penny Farthing so it may cost a bit more to post, for the splattered effect I used a little stamp from Rev Up The Fun stamp set

Stampin' Up! Modern Medley Gate fold Easel card

Yesterday was the Far Forest show and instead of me being in the craft tent I actually spent the afternoon enjoying the events, we had a great time and then last night what a sky it was quite something all pink and basic grey! by the time I got a photo it wasn't that good but I thought I would share anyway

We heard there were going to be a shower of meteorites last night so we lit our chiminee and sat to wait but all we saw were clouds for a while then we saw a star moving in a very straight line, hubby says it was probably the space station but who knows eh?

Onto my card to share, this was the birthday card I made for my brother in law, Ian

I used Timeless talk and Modern Medley for the gate fold easel card

Stampin' Up! Timeless Talk and Positively Chevron

Monday has come around as quickly as usual and today I have a little tag card to share with you

I stamped the large background Positively Chevron using Smoky Slate ink and cut just a section of it to use on my card

I used Stampin' Up! Chalk Talk Framelits to die cut the telephone from Timeless Talk stamp set

Just love the chevron ribbon in one of my favourite colours at the moment and that's Smoky Slate, I used a staple to attach it to my die cut labels

Some fun at a Party and Stampin' Up! Post Card

Our friends had a party last night at the local village hall and being the characters they are ...... of course a bouncy castle and Sumo Wrestlers had to be there!!!

Here is hubby in his Sumo outfit.... I nearly wet myself taking this picture!

He is always up for a laugh and for everyone to laugh with him, so much fun

and assuming the Sumo position and in the background is Chris, it was his party

now he's down and I had to stop taking pictures at this point to help him up

I haven't laughed so much in ages....

this is a fabulous stamp called Post Card and I used Timeless Talk and Tape it stamps sets

the stamp is the crown that I wheeled using the Shop around wheel and cut the crown out... cool eh?

Rev up The Fun and Timeless Talk from Stampin' Up!

I have a fun little card to share today

I just knew I would have to get the Timeless Talk stamp set and have been craving making something with it but as you know I am such a sun lover and these past 2 weeks it's been like a fabulous holiday for me in the sun but not having to leave my home!

So yesterday I decided to break from the sun and make a couple of cards and this is the first, I will show the 2nd one over the weekend

I made the frame using 2 dies from the deco label framelits and the Penny Farthing I stamped on whisper white, the frame was then placed over the top.  I could have cut out 2 frames and layered one on top of the other (same effect but less card it used, tee hee)

The sentiment is from Rev up The Fun stamp set..... more from that one soon and don't you just love the latest stretched ruffle trim ribbon in the In Colours, I used Burnt Brown Sugar and Crisp Cantelope

Not sure you can see but there is a lovely swirl on the wheels so I added some dazzling diamonds to bling up my bike a bit
