Happy Day Meets Secret Garden Flowers

I have a Happy card to share today

I used the Happy Day Stamp Set for the Sentiment and the background I stamped using a stamp from Creative Elements

The closed Rose Flower I stamped using a stamp from Secret Garden on Vellum, die cut with the matching Framelits and curled it up

It looks like a fancy cut Raddish don't you think?  Anyway I will be calling it my Raddish card

The circle frame is the Starburst Framelits and the leaves stamped and cut out from Stippled Blossom Stamp Set

Thanks for taking time out of your day to look

Until next time ............

Special Fold Card

A change from Christmas today but I'll be back with more Christmas soon!  I just can't help myself I love making Christmas cards.

I saw this type of card on Splitcoaststampers and just had to create one of my own, I think they called it an alternative trifold card?

I used Sweater Weather Designer Paper and the centre piece I used stamps from From My Heart stamp set
I even went out of my comfort zone with the Crushed Curry colour, it was one of the colours in the designer paper.

Here is a side view and I die cut the flowers with Secret Garden Framelits

Here is a closer look at my flower centres with the tiny pearls

I like the sentiment and it's the first time I've used it! in fact, I have only used a couple of stamps from this fabulous set

Thanks for stopping by today

Until next time .....

Stampin' Up! White on White card

Oh dear I have been missing again for a few days but...... honest I have good reasons...... on Friday I went to the NEC for the Hobbycrafts fair by coach with one of my crafting friends and due to this snowy weather we have been having we lost power on Saturday it went off around 7.30am came back on for an hour about 09.45 then went off again until 1.45 am (we know this because the clock comes back on so do some lights and the TV which lit the house up like Blackpool Illuminations!!!)

so no internet even my iPad had no charge so couldn't use that either..... it felt like I had lost something but didn't know what?..........and the craft room was too cold to do anything! Anyway on Sunday I had a class and yesterday too so didn't have time to get to blog and to be really honest my computer was buried in papers, card ribbon and all sorts of crafting stash and after the class I didn't feel like tidying!! so today will be my tidy day and hopefully some more crafting for me.....

Here is a card that some of my ladies had asked me to do in one of my classes an all white on white card suitable for a wedding

I used the Hearts a Flutter framelits and the Blossom Party die along with the leaf from Secret Garden framelits
all of this lay on top of a punched piece of card using the corner and border scallop trim, I have a tutorial in the Tutorial tab at the top on how to do this

of course a close up and the Duo Ticket punch was used to punch the sentiment from Petite Pairs and couldn't leave out some jewels and some dazzling diamonds glitter, sorry the photo's are rubbish as usual.......

Two of my ladies now have their wedding cards to send for weddings they are attending later in the year

Hope you enjoyed my creation today and if you have any questions just leave a comment or email me

Until next time ............. keep warm and carry on crafting!
