Stampin' Up! White on White card

Oh dear I have been missing again for a few days but...... honest I have good reasons...... on Friday I went to the NEC for the Hobbycrafts fair by coach with one of my crafting friends and due to this snowy weather we have been having we lost power on Saturday it went off around 7.30am came back on for an hour about 09.45 then went off again until 1.45 am (we know this because the clock comes back on so do some lights and the TV which lit the house up like Blackpool Illuminations!!!)

so no internet even my iPad had no charge so couldn't use that either..... it felt like I had lost something but didn't know what?..........and the craft room was too cold to do anything! Anyway on Sunday I had a class and yesterday too so didn't have time to get to blog and to be really honest my computer was buried in papers, card ribbon and all sorts of crafting stash and after the class I didn't feel like tidying!! so today will be my tidy day and hopefully some more crafting for me.....

Here is a card that some of my ladies had asked me to do in one of my classes an all white on white card suitable for a wedding

I used the Hearts a Flutter framelits and the Blossom Party die along with the leaf from Secret Garden framelits
all of this lay on top of a punched piece of card using the corner and border scallop trim, I have a tutorial in the Tutorial tab at the top on how to do this

of course a close up and the Duo Ticket punch was used to punch the sentiment from Petite Pairs and couldn't leave out some jewels and some dazzling diamonds glitter, sorry the photo's are rubbish as usual.......

Two of my ladies now have their wedding cards to send for weddings they are attending later in the year

Hope you enjoyed my creation today and if you have any questions just leave a comment or email me

Until next time ............. keep warm and carry on crafting!

Stampin' Up! Spring Mini 2 weeks left to order

Time........... I'm always talking about time, what is it with this fascination of mine for it flying past; staying still and all the other rubbish I talk about? who knows but I do know it's half way through April and there's only 2 weeks left to order from the Spring Mini, it seems like yesterday when I got it in my hands and couldn't wait to order from it........... see what I mean rambling on about nothing.......

Do you know what? I would love to be Queen for a day but I would prefer to be a Magician or maybe a White witch (careful what you say here, I'm listening) then I could freeze TIME ............... there I go again..........

So it's time to show you what I made a while ago with the Blossom Party Die available until the end of April as I said above....... not sure if it will carry over to the new Idea Book and Catalogue in October, lets hope so.  The stamp set I used for the sentiment is called You're a Gem, also from the Spring Mini and my colour choice picked from the Color Coach is Rich Razzleberry and Pumpkin Pie... love it!

The ribbon is retired but love that too...... the leaves are from the Little Leaves sizzlit die,  I saw a great card yesterday on someones blog using this and now I have to find it to CASe (copy and steal everything) / what's the betting I can't!!  Oh well I will try to do something with it close to it but not the same if not.

Anyway I'm off to Barrow in Furness a little later this morning for work.... Yuk!

...... Until next time................ have a great day!

Wedding Card for Carole on Valentines Day

Happy Valentine Day to everyone who celebrates it!

We don't really do Valentine Day, my hubby says he tells me everyday he loves me and doesn't need a day dedicated for it! I think he's just avoiding buying the card, the dinner, the chocolates, the bubbly sparkly champagne.................. well I did make him a Scallop Circle box full of chocolate hearts!

Onto my card for today and it's not a Valentine card but a Wedding Card a good friend of mine Carole is getting married today to David, they have been together forever but they are finally tying the knot today,
Have a great day Carole (not that I think you will have time to check out my blog today!)

It's an all White card this is the box I put it in to protect it in the post

Here is a better picture of just the card

Lots of punches used for this, all of the border punches from Stampin' Up well the one's available in the UK.
the flower is made using the Blossom Builder punch and it sits in the Bauble (ornament) punch for a vase.  The flower stamen is a long strip of card rolled up.
Oh! and the decorated box I used the Blossom Party die available from the Spring Mini.

That's it for now!
Until next time ........???????

Stampin' Up! Blossom Party die

Happy Friday everyone!

I know it's Stampin' Up! 2012 Sale a Bration and I should really be showing you what I've created using my Freebies.......... but today I thought I would share this card with you instead......I know you will see lots of Sale a Bration inspiration all over blog land anyway????
Hope you like what I've created today?
I have used the new Blossom Party die and one of my favourite colours. Pink Pirouette, at the moment it is  tomorrow it could be another...... tee hee

The die is to die for in my opinion............ and I love the little sentiment! it's from You're a Gem stamp set and both of these items are available in the Spring Mini catalogue
All catalogues are available to view on my right hand side bar if you haven't already got a copy.

This is a close up of the flowers, aren't they just adorable and so pretty, my opinion again but hope you agree?

Have a great Friday and Until next time.......... be crafty .......
