I got it finally on the right day

I  used Stampin' Up! Baroque Motif on top of Pool Party designer paper and embossed it with white embossing powder.

A little bit of vanilla and Island Indigo card with a small piece of Chantilly crochet trip wrapped aroung it.

The sentiment is from Perfect Punches and I have used this loads so a real go to set.

Pretty pearls and flowers and a bow of the same Chantilly crochet trim to embellish.

The sentiment is layered on one of the die cut tags from lots of tags, another have to have set.

Well first of all I have to say Happy Birthday to my big sister Elain (this is the right spelling no e on the end)

She has a big birthday today but I was very kind and left the number off her card!

I am glad I got to pre-order some items and that's one of the benefits of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator but I digress.......

I so love this new colour it's Pool Party this years In Color from Stampin' Up! you have to get this it's the best......

I loved making this and hope she likes it as much as I do.

Hooray it's Friday!

My job in Edinburgh was cancelled for today so I didn't have to work the 4 days I expected yippee so today I get to do some crafting.

.............and guess what on the day I can have a nice lie in bed.........yep you guessed it I can't!  I have been awake since 3am so decided I couldn't lie there any longer and got up made a nice cup of tea and came in my craft room; hubby is snoring softly .............. lucky him eh? Ah well maybe I'll catch up on a nap later?

Here is another CASe from the US Stampin' Up! catalogue using Baroque Motif stamp set and Boho Blossom punch and one of the little punches from Itty Bitty Shapes Pack of 3 punches available in the Mini catalogue.

I stamped the image by using the Stamp a ma jig added a piece of Blushing Bride In colour ribbon across the top and stamped and punched the sentiment using the Modern Label Punch a very simple card and easy 'cus I didn't have to do too much thinking of what to do, naughty I know but at least you get to look at something! tee hee.............

..........so I am off to tidy my craft room it's a mess! and then mess it all back up again with some more crafting!

Birthday card for Lesley

Happy Birthday Lesley we have been friends for 27+ years, we worked this out the other day when she was here for a crafting day.  It certainly doesn't seem that long ago! we met and worked at the same Company and that's history as they say.

Anyway, it's her Birthday today (a big one too) I am late with my posting this card today to make sure she didn't see it before opening the original from me.

It is of course Stampin' Up! Baroque Motif stamp set that I used (funny because Les was admiring this set when she was here at my house, so I was glad I used it for her card)
